Staff at HiOPP have a comprehensive knowledge of the challenges associated with working with children and their families.
HiOPP’ approach is relationship based and Person Centred practice. As with all young people a plan is developed with the young person and will cover all area of need. We seek to promote the interests of the young person as part of their individual plan. In helping our young people to develop their plans, we will explore their likes/dislikes, dreams, purpose, network and what support they may feel they need to help them on their journey.
Staff can collaborate with a range of therapeutic professionals where required based on the needs of the young person. We also welcome the wider family and professional network around the young person to contribute to their support
We look forward to hearing from you and supporting the young person on their journey.
