Equality and Diversity

There is a detailed policy on Equality and Diversity. HiOPP is focused on respecting all people, as all individuals have a right to be treated with respect and dignity. Sexuality, gender, race, ethnic origin, religion, ability and disability, age will be celebrated at HiOPP - Discrimination and prejudice will not be accepted rather explored by staff with the young people.

HiOPP promotes all religions, diets, language, and all other cultural issues; we celebrate diversity which frames decision making around placements.
