Helping Individuals via Opportunity, Participation, and Purpose

Passionate in supporting and guiding young people into a positive future

Referrals

HiOPP accepts young people aged 16 -18 years usually after a period of being Looked After. We also accept referrals for asylum seeker. HiOPP will support young people to address behavioural, relationship, social and wellbeing issues, and difficulties.

HiOPP will ensure that we can meet the young person’s needs, and that they can be matched with the young persons already placed. If the referral is suitable, a visit to the accommodation can be arranged, this will offer the opportunity to meet with staff, see the accommodation, ask questions, and decide whether they feel we are the right match for their needs.

Staff receive ongoing training to support young people, and thus have the resources to ensure each young person’ placement begins positively and we endeavour to continue this.
