We at HiOPP are passionate in supporting and guiding young people into a positive future.   Our aim is to support young people to make a real difference in their lives.

HiOPP provides semi-supported accommodation, with staff that will encourage and guide young people, to move into the next chapter of their lives. Staff will support young people with cooking, budgeting, and learning the necessary tools needed when living independently. It is our hope that when young people transition from HiOPP, they will be productive and proactive adults contributing to society in a positive way. We will help young people to develop the social confidence to take on unfamiliar tasks and engage in new social situations.

Our aim is to cultivate an environment based on nurture and support which is further enhanced by our Relational approach, creating a positive atmosphere. We seek to obtain the wishes and feeling of young people, and so they are actively encouraged to make contributions and take ownership of their home, shaping the day to day environment and the way we work together.
